Where Is My Order?
We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 7-10 working days from the date the order is placed. We often ship within 3-5 but this allows for busier periods. If you have ordered a custom item, this may take longer but we
will keep you informed throughout. We send everything out tracked, by EVRI.
Please note that dispatch times may be longer during busy periods. If you are
unsure or want something in time for a special occasion, it is always advisable
to check with us first.
Can I Return My Order?
If you'e not 100% satisfied with your order we are more than happy to issue
a return and a refund. Please note we CANNOT accept returns for sale items,
custom items, Phone Cases or personalised apparel. The item/s must also be
unwashed, have all labels attached, be unused/not worn/hair free, have no
makeup, fake tan or other marks, and not smelling of washing
powder/smoke/perfume. Please view our full returns policy here.
I Have A Problem With My Order, What Should I Do?
We aim to provide the best quality handmade accessories on the market. But know that things go wrong from time to time. Please contact us immediatley with
your order number and any supporting images. So we can resolve any issues for
you as quickly as possible.

I Have Received My Order But Am Missing My PhoneCase/Apparel. Where Is It?
All phone cases and human apparel are sent directly from our supplier so will arrive separately.
There will be a note in your ordering explaining this.
What Size Do I Choose?
We offer 5 different size options from Extra Small - Extra Large. The size guide is listed on all product pages. We always advise measuring your dog for bandanas to ensure the correct fit.
Should you need custom sizing we would be more than happy to help. Please don't hesitate to contact us.
I Would Like A Custom Order, What Do I Do?

How Do Your Accessories Attach?
All our Bow Ties & Sailor Bows attach via 2 discrete pieces of elastic on the back. These can be slipped over collars for harnesses.
All our Bandanas have elasticated necks, meaning they simply slip over your pets head. Without the fuss of trying to thread them through a collar. (Please be advised we always recommend measuring your pet to ensure you choose the best size).
Will Out Of Stock Items Be Restocked?
Some of our collections are limited edition/seasonal so will not be
restocked. If we plan to restock a product, we will generally add this
information to our product listing with an estimated restock date. Or keep an eye on our socials for more information on restocks.
You can now sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear about
restocks. Please note: occasionally we will only restock a few sizes and
styles, so cannot guarantee your style will be back into stock.
Sale items will not be restocked.
I Forgot To Add A Discount Code/Apply 'Paw Points', What Can I Do?
Unfortunately once the order has been placed we cannot amend this.
Can I Use A Discount Code On Bundles?
Unfortunately discounts cannot be combined.
Can I Use My Voucher And A Discount Code Together?
Unfortunately not. Codes cannot be combined together.
